Zelvish Studio Return & Exchange Policy

At Zelvish Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully:

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Refunds and exchanges are only available within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchange
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Items must meet the condition criteria mentioned above.
  • Free exchange is only possible if the item has a visible defect; otherwise, the customer pays the courier charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7–12 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • A 10% deduction may apply to cover restocking and administrative fees.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  • Take a picture of the defective part of the item (if applicable)
  • Email the picture and your return/exchange request to info@zelvish.com or text us on whatsapp 03007229910 or 03006629910.
  • We will provide the return address.
  • Send the package via your local courier.
  • Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Important Notes

  • Slight color or shade differences may occur due to photography and display screens. Exchanges are not allowed for minor shade differences, and refunds will not be entertained on this basis.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 weeks after we receive the returned item.
