Zelvish Studio Refund & Return Policy

At Zelvish Studio, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are provided if the dress is damaged or the color is incorrect.

   • Returns are also accepted if you are not satisfied with the quality of the dress.

2. Return Period:

   • All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

   • The dress must be returned with all original tags, slips, and packaging.

3. Return Shipping:

   • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

4. Refund Processing:

   • Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–12 days.

We recommend reviewing your order upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.
